The Imperial Pattaya Hotel, Pattaya

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable, were a bit old-fashioned and in need of some updating. The service was efficient and pleasant, but there was room for improvement. The location was excellent for beach lovers, although the hotel could benefit from renovation. The dining options were limited, mainly Chinese dishes, and the facilities were basic.

The hotel offers a great location near the beach and major attractions, but needs improvements with old furnishings like carpets and limited dining choices. The friendly service and spotless rooms are highlights, though Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby.

I was thrilled with the breathtaking sea view from my room, and having a small balcony to watch the stunning sunset was a highlight. However, the outdated TVs and cramped bathrooms could use a serious upgrade. The room rate felt a bit high for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely sea-view balconies, although the bathrooms were a bit small by modern standards. The service was outstanding with very helpful and friendly staff in every aspect, especially with the kids. The location was perfect, right opposite the beach and close to key attractions. The dining experience was a bit repetitive, but the high-quality products made up for it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had everything I needed, including AC, a hot shower, and even a TV with the teachings of Buddha - such a nice touch. The room, though not very spacious, was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. The location was superb, being right across the road from the beach and close to shopping malls, markets, and restaurants. The service was top-notch; the staff were charming, cooperative, and friendly. The dining experience offered a good selection of both Western and Asian food. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a truly enjoyable time during my stay.
